Wow! I have been eating lots of "Moose Tracks" ice cream trying to bond with a moose so we could get close enough to see one. LuAnn and I even tried those wonderful disguises. Well, it was Ron who said lets go to the Tetons where we have this beautiful campsite and lots of moose hanging around this area of the park. They are amazing. We learned in a Ranger program in Glacier NP that they can actually dive 20' to grab water vegetation for dinner. We've spent two days hiking along the river and observing these nifty animals. The trees along the river and the aspen are changing their colors. It's a beautiful fall day. As Denver would say "Life is most excellent".
