The gang's all here!

January found us back in the "Fold" (Fellowship of Lazy Daze) as one of our group describes our Lazy Daze get-togethers. Some would say this is a cult meeting. I'll just say it's a blast. Our friends, Sandy and Dave (across the fire in the red hat and Sandy in the red jacket) traveled from Minnesota through icy, snowy Nebraska and Kansas to arrive here Jan. 23rd. The 24th we joined 22 other Lazy Daze rigs in the White Tank Mountains west of Phoenix for a little frivolity and libation. There's nothing quite like a roaring fire and marshmallows under the stars and getting to know lots of new people from all over the southwest. We learned that you never do a group photo the last morning as many of our group had just pulled up stakes and had headed out. Denver and Brea stayed with their good friend Hannah. I felt guilty not having them there with us as there were lots of camping dogs along for the trip. Denver would have loved sitting in my lap by the fire. Next time Denver!
