Our last morning at Dead Horse Ranch we took a hike through the Tavasci Marsh. It was full of cattails and marsh grasses and was teeming with waterfowl. At the end of the trail we were rewarded with the best little coffee spot in Arizona (bring your own - no Starbucks here) on a beautiful deck built out into the marsh for perfect viewing of the waterfowl and the beautiful marsh. Just doesn't get much better than this!
