We have just had a great couple of weeks enjoying the company of our friends, Dave and Sandy from Minnesota and Mike and Mary Jo from Illinois. We never would have met either one of them if we hadn't taken up RVing. What a loss that would have been for us. Dave and Sandy and Ron and I became fast friends in 8 hours of climbing in and around the models at the factory a couple of years ago and they joined us here in AZ after they picked up their Lazy Daze Motorhome in CA and were headed home to MN. We shared more fun times with them last summer in Cheyenne, WY. Now they are crazy enough to join us in June and July next summer as we travel the coast of Oregon, the Olympic Peninsula of Washington, and the Washington Cascades. After we go our separate ways the first of August we'll join Mike and Mary Jo near Yellowstone and fly fish our way with them through Montana, Wyoming and Colorado until the snow drives us home. What a great day it was when we met them on the Gallatin River in Montana last summer and ended up enjoying a spetacular lunch of peanut butter & jelly, and wine. How lucky are we? Lots of belly laughs in store.
