We finally managed to leave the Green River in WY and its great fishing and head towards Flaming Gorge, UT. The drive south of the WY border into the Flaming Gorge area was spectacular. We took longer than planned exploring the Gorge and being total tourists. We've found another great fishing hole on the Green River near Dutch John, UT at the Little Hole. It's on the agenda for next year's travels. There was a huge forest fire in the Little Hole area in 2002. It's amazing what beauty exists in the aftermath of such devastation. I read something recently that said that we like to view nature as a still photo rather than as a video. It never stays the same but the beauty in some form is always there.

Jane, if I've counted accurately, you have about 8 month's worth of time allocated to "we have to go back there next year!"
Jim - I think you're right about that. That must be why people like our friends, Dave and Sandy, who have just moved into their new home on wheels full time, do something that crazy. So little time, so much to see!
