We crossed over the Columbia River from Astoria, OR to Ilwaco, WA today, July 12th, and headed for Lake Quinault where our neighbor in Terravita, Elbert, once owned the Quinault Lodge. It’s a beautiful place overlooking Lake Quinault which is surrounded by rain forest. Elbert, you must have loved this place! Thanks for telling us to stop here.
