It’s great to follow the leader as we did through Slumgullion Pass and along the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River into Gunnison, CO and then on to Almont, CO and the beautiful Taylor Canyon. We get to enjoy the scenery and the leader has to concentrate on where we are going. We arrived at our next destination, Rosy Lane NFS campground on the Taylor River. Not bad digs you might say. We have two great sites along the river with fantastic views in every direction. On occasion I’ve been known to take a few photos upon awakening in the morning from the comfort of my Travasak sleeping nest. It’s easy. Just slide the screen back on the window, lean on your elbow, click, click, click and go back to sleep!
