Palisade on the Rio Grande River 6-20

We are sitting on the Rio Grande River south of Creede, CO near the beautiful Wheeler Geologic Area with the Palisade Rock Formation above us. Guess that's why this Nat'l Forest Campground is named "Palisade".

Yesterday the sunset bounced off the clouds to the east and reflected off the RV at our evening social hour. That was a nice touch to a perfect evening. The near full moon shines in our back window at night and makes for some great ZZZZZZ! when combined with the sounds of the river. Life is good!

Ron, It looks like all that work polishing with ACE-IT pays off.
