Your most memorable anniversary? 6-13

What did you do on your most memorable anniversary? Well, for us, our most memorable anniversary is the one we had today and that's because after 44 of them we can't remember the last one much less the first one. So, after 44 of them what does a day of celebration look like? A little fun like fishing with your buddy, or taking pictures, or a nap to build up strength for the big celebration dinner (automatic editorial control on photos with fly catching activities)??? Scary, isn't it? Just think if every anniversary had to be like the first one. Now that's pressure!

So, do you think it's not possible to have a fancy celebration dinner when you're camping? Wrong. Think wonderful homemade humus with pita bread appetizers to accompany "happy" hour, beef tenderloin and grilled baby redskin potatoes with roasted garlic and carmelized onions, fresh broccoli, and the finale of peach melba -all accompanied by a fine red wine and great friends. It's a good thing we have this blog. Maybe next year we can look back and remember this most memorable anniversary!

Alison, Steve, Scott, Peggy - we hope you have as memorable a 10th anniversary next month when you and Cody and Ally celebrate in Scotland. If not, you might want to try an RVing anniversary for next year!
