Dave is a very experienced fisherman but new to the world of flyfishing so Ron is taking him under his wing. Lesson one: How to catch a flying fish (a clue - they usually hang out in the trees). Ron worked on his technique last summer and is showing Dave the ropes. Seems that Dave is a promising student. Those fish in the river are safe, happy fish!

Dave, how do those treefish taste? Do you have to soak them in lemon juice before grilling them in order to remove the green color?
