Where have we been?

June 1st found us at Three Island Crossing, an Idaho state park on the Snake River. I don't think we've seen this much lush grass since we left MD. years ago. We forgot that it was a little warm and just settled in to enjoy every minute we were there. There were lots of trails and a great educational center about the early Oregon pioneers and their crossing of the Snake River at this point by going from island to island.

Denver and Brea protested loudly (imagine that!) the next morning when we said, "Let's go RVing." They were grumpy all day until we arrived at our next stop on Payette Lake in McCall, ID. We settled in a deep ponderosa forest with a huge beautiful lake and lots of critters leaving sniffable trails. Denver is the Scooby Doo of the poodle world. Her nose never leaves the ground. Brea loves to lay in the pine needles. It was tough on the people as the mosquitos were lined up for our arrival and feasted all night.

This is really boring stuff but we have to put it in black and white so we can remember where we've been!

Happy Father's Day, Ron! We're here while both kids are in Austin; I'll join Chad and the boys there for Fri, Sat, Sun, & we'll all return Mon 6/25.
Next chance you have, give me a call, 800-688-3123. Glad all's going well.
