Improving his chances!

Ron took the dogs for a long hike this morning (I guess I should say around noon as we no longer have mornings) and as always chatted with a few folks. One of the local fishermen gave him some advice on the best times to fish, etc. As Ron suspected there are lots of trout in this 50 degree river but they are definitely Mensa Trout Society members. The local said, "Yep, there are plenty of trout but a good 8 hour day may yield you 3 - you don't come here to catch fish, you come here to improve your chances!" So with that said, Ron has been out improving his chances. 4:00 P.M. is prime fishing time and you don't come off the river till the sun starts to set and it gets too cool to stay out much longer (AZ blood). That means stylishly late candlelit dinners.
